Go check local pawn shops they sell them separate.

When it RROD, hit the eject button 4 times and the lights will give you a code such as:
1-4-4-4-4- (Made up), tell me what the code is =p

Ok there are multiple things wrong here...

First, get a xenon power brick.

Second, put the fan shroud (white plastic piece) back on.. That's why your're getting a 2 red light error.. it's overheating...

I don't think the jtag is the one with downs...

They are easy to get rrod, but easy to fix and they flash both types of kvs, and they are cheap

But i agree xenon have their bads and goods. if it does the job it's good =D
