Ok so i accidently changed the way one of my xex files would be opened and it changed all my files that had xex into it. Like i made it so it can be opened with notepad and now i don't know how to change it back to xex any solution?

Right click, open with, choose default program...

It is still an XEX.
I can have all of my .PNG's open with Horizon. That doesn't mean they will work, but they are still all XEX's
What do you want them to open with?

i just want them to look liek they normally did with the default.xex not jsut default when i click propirtys it still says its an xex file but its annoy me.

Because I don't think you can make them have that icon once you set a default program.
If it doesn't affect the XEX's though, it's not a big deal.
