I use a pair of angled tweezers, works like a charm. If you don't know how to solder though don't even attempt it, you'll pull off a pad.

It has a little indent in it, if you wanna take the risky route you can try to break the pin off on the screw so you can use a regular T8

It has a little dimple on the driver to fit on the head. The bolt head will look like this one,


You can order one on eBay for cheap or just drill a hole in your driver.
