Well I call it Project Scarlet
the visual appeal lack originality (just the case)

So far I have

- Added Headphone Jack for earbuds or stero
-Added VGA femal to the back above the Av port.
-Wisper fans
-Custom full plexi drive cover
-6 Blue l.e.d
-Plexi HDD with Blue L.e.D.s
- Internal wifi
-Custom face plate
-X clamp fix w/falcon heatsink GPU and CPU
-The clean 12 v fan mod

I will get pictures us as asap; can you guys think of anything that I can add?
btw the firmware is stock no flashing for me atm I don't want to get hammered like a rusty nail in an old board again.

If you want one immediately
cut a square big enough to fit over the disc drive.
Use a whole-saw bit to cut a whole in the plexi.
Mount the magnet ( can be tricky)

Yeah I changed the colors of the board. Don't think I posted it.

The only thing the DVD drive needs is the small magnet on the top.

My JTAG has a custom ROL, but we just used the standard Microsoft LED's.
