I am enrolled in a Honors Arts program at my school and for the second semester I have to come up with a semester long project. My idea was to do a custom xbox case design. I am not just talking cutouts and fans but a full blow design with apoxie clay or bondo. I want to do a military type theme or something where I can use a military toggle switch like this one (click me). Basically I need some help brainstorming so if you have any interesting military related products please post a picture of it or if you have a good idea please share. I really appreciate any and all input that you guys share. Just so you get an idea of how detailed I am planning to go you can check out this image (click me).

Make the entire xbox look like a military grade case

I would say use some type of hardening foam around it and let it dry then paint it to make it look like it's on rocks. Then you could do a camouflage or even a sand like paint dusting to make it look like it's from the desert of Iraq?

I am definitely going for some kind of worn down and beaten up theme to it but would really want to expand it as far as I can

Thats exactly what i did with my borderlands themed case. Its almost like you have seen my case design and have described it exactly. . .

@ozzylow I was actually thinking of placing the dvd drive into a ammo boxes standing next to the xbox itself. This would allow space for some extra fans and any other wiring and would also add an extra functional piece that fits well
