Finally it took me so long to reach colonel on this game. (BF3)

You have to make an Origin account that is linked with the email that has your gamertag on it.

Ya I have done that but when I log in the battlelog it doesn't say I have played the game but I'm a level 24. Also I have done the refreshing thing in the actual game and it still is not working.
