3's and 7's is from their last album Era Vulgaris which is completely different from QOTSA's older breakthrough stuff.

If you haven't listened to Era Vulgaris i suggest you do so - brilliant album.

Their older stuff is a lot harder than their newer stuff. Depends on what you prefer.
