Meh it looks pretty good. It just looks like you have some slight bevel and emboss on the background. If so then I would recommend removing that, everything else looks fine.
I like the drop shadow on the text and all the effects you included in the background, as for the background patterns; maybe lower the opacity of them a little bit. There seems to be quite a lot of stuff going on within that logo.

Another problem would be the corner -

It just looks a little bit weird, maybe change the colouring to black or use a smaller pint for the stroke. Maybe a 1pint instead of a 2pint+. Nonetheless, good job man. It looks good so far, there's room for some improvements though.

I like it all except for the font, it doesn't appeal to me, but that's just me.

Otherwise, it looks great. Nice Job
