We're looking for the most talented, artistic, and open-eyed members here at XboxMB. We need people with a keen eye for great design. As the site grows, our footprint is spread farther then we could imagine. We want our image to be spread in the trendiest way possible, and we can't do it alone. This is why we need your help. Keep in mind, any work in your portfolio maybe inquired about for verification.
Why should you be a part of the design team?: Because my mind thinks of VERY unique ideas that I don't think any other mind could think of. I think I could do some cool work. I know my style isn't as common as many others (Signatures, etc, etc.) But I could make it work well.
What interests you most when it comes to design?: Originality.
What makes you stand out from everyone else?: My unique ideas.
Do you have substantial free time to work on projects?: 6-8 hours a day.
If you could change one aspect of the site's design, what would you change and how?: I would add tons of different features and make XboxMB unique from any other.
Why should you be a part of the design team?: If you asked people on XboxMB who posts the most in the graphic section you'd here most of the following: cccodyyyy, Austin, Hova, Crankrune, Jesus and some more (I forget). Just because we all post new fresh work and it impresses people I guess. I've won graphic contests on here before hosted by XboxMB staff, so I was doing something right.
What interests you most when it comes to design?: Creating something fresh and something unique.
What makes you stand out from everyone else?: My cleanliness of my work, and of course my creativity.
Do you have substantial free time to work on projects?: Look at my post count, I have time.
If you could change one aspect of the site's design, what would you change and how? Not a huge fan of the sites theme, I prefer cleaner, sharper designs. Just makes it look more professional.
Why should you be a part of the design team?: I would like to be part of the design team for many reason. For example, I would Like to further my skills as an all around graphics designer.
What interests you most when it comes to design?: Being creative and opening my imagination and expressing it intrigues me the most.
What makes you stand out from everyone else?: I try my best to display my best work, and keep my creativity to stand out.
Do you have substantial free time to work on projects?: Yes I do. After school.
If you could change one aspect of the site's design, what would you change and how? It would be to make the site a friendlier and cleaner design while keeping it professional looking.

Inspirations comes from my designs, knowing Photoshop is limitless, Unlimits me...
Previous Experience in Design: I make forum signatures and I'm currently picking up wallpapers, I can make unique styles and somewhat professional designs for the site.
Programs/Languages Fluent In and # of Years: I use Gimp the most as of now, but recently picked up Photoshop. I have maybe one-plus years of experience in Gimp... but I just picked up Photoshop and I'm currently learning how to use it.
Why should you be a part of the design team?: I think I should be a part of the team because I could make great changes to the site. I also think the changes I could make most people on the site would like.
What interests you most when it comes to design?: The thing that interests me the most about design is the fact you can be as creative as you want and make whatever you want. I also like how with design if you mess up you can always fix it or use your mistake to make something amazing.
What makes you stand out from everyone else?: Well compared to most people on this site.. nothing really. I have to be honest, a lot of people can make somethings that i cannot even begin trying to make... but I do have an amazing mind for design... and I can make some crazy designs.
Do you have substantial free time to work on projects?: I honestly have a ton of free time... mainly because I have no life.
If you could change one aspect of the site's design, what would you change and how? Personally "I" would change the top of the page... I would make the news feed bigger and put it more in the middle and have the logo real big at the top/middle of the page and have some sort of a circle around it. Then the user CP would always be on the side (optional of course) and the home, forum, and horizon buttons would be around the logo. Then the other links would be down the right side of the page... but it'd look amazing.
Previous Experience in Design:
Mainly smaller scale projects such as badges, avatars, banners, signatures, etc etc etc. I'm starting to improve when it comes to creating forum signatures. I've been doing art work at school for a while. As for image manipulation programs, I've learnt it all in my spare time because I took an interest in it. I've tried taking an interest in sketching and I'm gradually progressing, as for painting and such I'm not the best at that.
Why should you be a part of the design team?:
Well I've been doing graphics for around three years now and I think having this opportunity would benefit myself. I'm active in the Graphic forum and the sub-forum for XboxMB related discussion. I've also hosted SOTW (Signature of the Week) and released some of my work, brought in some tutorials and gave others proper constructive criticism to notify them to how they could go about improving their work. It's not only on XboxMB that I've done graphics, I'm most active on the HackForums Graphic section considering it has a whole section regarding graphics rather than one forum. I've also been a member of the graphic team on SupportForums, done a majority of my work on TheTechGame over a 1-2 year period. I've held a lot of graphical services with other artists.
What interests you most when it comes to design?:
Creating something with a modern feel to it, along with being detailed and attractive/eye-catching. Creativity is what interests me the most, knowing what you're wanting to create, planning it out and then carry out the necessary procedures.
What makes you stand out from everyone else?:
I'm not just 'another' average graphics artist, I put effort into my work. I've been told by many users on various forum based websites that I have potential and my work is top notch. I've done Signature of the Week and I'm planning to continue doing so, I've also released my work through the previous months/years and created indepth graphic tutorials on XboxMB and TheTechGame throughout the past.
Do you have substantial free time to work on projects?:
Yes, I certainly do. I'm online throughout the day and into the morning. It's very rarely you see me inactive on any website I enjoy being a member of. I'm always on Photoshop whenever I had spare time, which is near enough all hours of the day.
If you could change one aspect of the site's design, what would you change and how?
Not entirely sure on this question. I believe the current website design we have now is modern and looks professional although I think it's time for a change. Possibly an entirely new skin/theme.

What interests you most when it comes to design?: "Reverse engineering", being able to figure out how artists' made their creations by looking at their work. If you could change one aspect of the site's design, what would you change and how? I'd add an option for a darker theme that would have darker colors.

I would change the logo becasue it is just the 360 guide button and i would it a full 3d ball with MB on the side with xbox in 3d letters across where the x on the emblem is.
