i have xexmenu on a disc, how to i get it on my hdd?

Download it from xbins then just add it to your usb or hdd

No, you need a Jtag.

Edit: XeX Menu will show up in your games library, you just cant play it.

I have the same question,Xexmenu is a type of open sourced menu system for the Xbox 360 video game console?
