Im new at RGH and i dont know how to input games and how to start lobby on it. Can someone help me please? Does anyone know good site with games on RGH?

In regards to games to download & install on your xbox a good site is xbox360iso they also have XBLA & DLC by the bucket load, in regards to your link for playing online sorry i cant help with that. I know i'm new but surely we should be helping each other not bemoaning the lack of knowledge some 1 has in regards to there RGH.
