But one step would be to not allow child accounts to play these games.

Well, for one... they can ask you for ID and if you say you don't have any they will most likely not sell you the game... and two usually by the age of 17 most teens have their permit and you can use that as your ID.

I agree with u mostly, and I am for shure as hell not a cod fanboy but cod games were the first Ive played and I alsways enjoyed some fun classic gameplay, so I will buy that one, but then BF3 is just so advanced and amazing I can't turn it down, so I will get that one two.

Your aloud to own them... and play them your just not aloud to purchase them... same with snuff and cigarettes. You can't buy them if your under 18 but you can still chew or smoke if someone else bought it for you.

Wrong, in United States you have to be 18 to purchase and smoke tobacco products. In Alabama, New Jersey and a few other states you have to be 19. The law states that buying and consuming tobacco products are not permitted until the age of 18. Why do you think underage drinking as well is such a problem?

Anyone under 18 can not purchase, consume, or posses tobacco products.

Actually, you're wrong. You have to be over over the age limit thing to smoke cigarettes or chew tobacco. It's illegal to give it to a minor.
