This post kind of answered my question. I was very curious to whether or not what you chose to unlock would stay unlocked throughout the prestiges. I was think how dumb it was to be able to unlock gear only to have to unlock it next prestige. What a waste of a point, but looks like they thought it through a bit better than I thought they would.

"It's all about prestiging in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3!" Ghay, I hate prestiging myself I don't play any of these games enough to get to the highest tiers so I don't even move from the first tier.

I think that the games I didn't like prestiging on were WaW and MW2. I'm not sure if its because I never got into the game as much as CoD4 and Blops, but I feel like those prestiges were to long and drawn out.

So the ability to edit your 'tokens' is gonna be in a soon to come update for Horizon Diamond purchasers right?
I've finished campaign and with the MP servers down there's only Spec Ops to keep me amused until they decide to launch the servers.

Not if it is server-sided like most of the other stats are you won't be able to edit the amount of tokens you have. Anyways, if you do, it is a dead give away since there is a maximum of I believe 14 tokens as of now. You would be asking for a ban if IW bans during the game.
