What about the MSP exploits and things like that? I don't think they'll give away free money. I guess it'll be voucher codes or something.

well if they remove MS Points altogether then they need to make the prices on XBL more fair(cheaper) when you are buying in cash...

Well Credit Card (if its attached to your account)...

As some games in Ireland on XBL Marketplace like COD games are stupidly expensive, compared to going to your local game store to buy them half the price with manuals case etc...

This is good cause if they do this everything is fair. $19.00 worth of points in canada = 1400, $19.00 worth of points in America = 1600, $21.00 worth of points in UK = 1200. Not a fair system at all.
