Okay so I think you'll be able to help me most if I just tell you exactly what I'm trying to do.

I'm going to compile a database of pokemon and their types, strengths, and weaknesses. Now after that I want to be able to access that database via a VB program. This program is basically going to be a battle helper for people; they type in the pokemon they are going to fight against and the program gives them a list of good counters.

I was hoping I could compile the list in like Microsoft Access and then pull information from it in VB. Is this possible?

EDIT: Also, tell me how to do this please.. I thought that was implied.
