Hello, when I run Horizon.exe, there is an error that appears:
Title : "hznasm.exe -.NET Framework Initialization Error"
Body : "Unabled to find a version of the runtime to run this application."

I am on Windows XP.

try reinstalling .net framework

EDIT: also make sure you have .net 3.5 and 4.0

Yeah, the framework didn't install correctly. Try and re-install it.

Similar to the error you get if you're on Windows 7 and installled all updates (Yes it's caused by an update on Windows 7, I even did a clean install, updated to SP1, ran it, it worked, updated the rest of the way, now it doesn't work.)

I had the same issue when downloading, it gave me the initialization error and I downloaded the most current form of .NET Framework and it is still giving me these issues, any ideas?

What Operating System are you on?

Also, have you tried running Horizon in compatibility mode?
