So i tried this about 6-7 times now and still no work

you don't need your profile or gamesave.

load the design onto the car in forza, transfer forza main save to usb open horizon forza profile editor the tool where u edit credit. and go to livery tab click unlock on all the livery displayed there.
That was a PM from Fujin (He got it to work)

yes this method only work for design, so at the moment cant unlock tunes and livery, the unlock button wont stick , it unhighlight itself

So you cant unlock car designs? Just logo designs? IDK

I Did :3 didn't work either but i kept a old save and use that now it's fine :3
