well ya it deletes all updates so i know i will have to update again, and like i said in an earlier post i dont think that this can actually let us do anything because there is a sever sided TU

That doesn't eliminate the fact you'll be playing with yourself...
They HAVE to have the same TU for you to get matched up with each other.

agreed if we do this all we would be playing is against xmb members but that would be fun but then it will get boring

not exactly, it eliminates the insta-ban part, cause if you notice and followed/did this glitch then you would realize that there isnt a TU3 on YOUR xbox but the current patch number stays the same (52.31.40.6), so you actually can play the normal live matches....
