Instead of having MOTM why not just create a new badge called Outstanding Member. It is given to the top 5 people who you the staff think did the best for the month. The people who get the badge can only have it once every 2 months.
Example: I and 4 other people get the badge on January, the we would not be eligible for it again in till March. Therefore allows other people to gain it.

The same 10-20 people would have it every other month. Sorry but I just find this to be a bad suggestion, if we get rid of MOTM staff will just pick MOTM and that will be that.

Honestly, that is the only good, safe choice, so we should go with that in my opinion.

TBH, I really see NO point in getting MOTM because there really is no "true" value to it. Maybe you can do a free 12 month of diamond for winning it and change it from 1 month to 4 months MOTQ (member of the quarter) because this forum is really NOT that active with tutorials and new things but the same topics or just little questions or opinions.

Or just remove it all together because sometimes people just spam post to get it which I don't see why because most people don't care if you win it or not. I mean if someone wins good for them I really don't care and move on. Now there has to be something beneficial to it or something.

But my final suggestion is to JUST remove it all together.
