Requirements:
-Must have a Xbox-360
-Must be at least 13
-Must have a USB drive
-If you are applying for programmer you must know some VB code (2008/2010)

Why isn't programming knowledge a requirement? What language(s) do we need to know? Finally, what will make your program stand out from Horizon?

People applying should have some type of knowledge other than putting their save on a usb, & than modding it on the computer....

I know, I just didn't put the programming knowledge bit because some people want to be a tester instead. ( Making sure the modifications work correctly)
