Not sure how these mods go with Title Updates but would recommend being very careful if they work online.
Replace/Inject gamedb.slt in folder Media\db\
Heres the list of mods for this release:
Event Restrictions Removed
-Race any car in any race when in career mode
All races show as X999
Simply choose your car then choose your race, press X to race anyway.
Dumb AI
- Easy AI on every Skill level
Free Cars
- Buy all cars for free
Free Upgrades
- All upgrades now free
Cheap Wheels
- All wheel upgrades now 1cr
Unicorn Cars
- All Unicorn Cars unlocked
Pit Lane Speed Limit
- Now set to 90mph
Now here are the modded cars and how to use them:
Mini Cooper S with Bugatti Veryon Engine and Drivetrain:
Buy the 2003 Mini Cooper S
To get this car with over 4000kw go to upgrades, Do the Engine and Drivetrain Conversions first.
Max out all other upgrades.
Nissan 510 with a Ferrari F50GT Engine and Drivetrain:
Buy the 1970 Nissan 510
To get this car with over 2400kw go to upgrades, Do the Engine and Drivetrain Conversions first.
Max out all other upgrades.
Heavily Modified GMC Syclone:
Buy the 1991 GMC Syclone
This is still being worked on, Very hard to drive as it rolls around every corner if you steer too hard lmao.

It will be safe to use online playing solo, but I wouldn't risk multiplayer, since the car speeds are ridiculous. That means no random public races, drags, or anything with friends/randoms.

When you say "All Unicorn Cars unlocked" Do you mean any save I load I get all unicorn cars or are they in the car store thing - free to buy.
