Do you have any experience as a moderator of a significant community? I was a mod on zhyper wow is was really good but they ****ed me off so i quit

Yes i use horizon, I am very familiar with the program im useing it to make videos for XboxMB free advertisement.
Why should you be chosen to be a part of the XboxMB Team?
I think i should be chosen to be one of the staff Beacuse im a hard player I know other people Derive it more than me 8bit, Fosters But im a leader and i will do the best to my abilitys.

HI hello my name is ninjawaffle63 I transferred here from game tuts because It was terrible when I first joined game tuts it was a great community, No offence but greater than xboxmb But now it has fallen at the point it cannot be fixed, So I decided to be active at xboxmb I’m very active Im on for a hour at least not including AFK time. But I love the xboxmb community I like helping out every one and I love gfx. I’m a box filled with ideas, my ideas in progress right now is an official gfx group that me and Dan and metz and the Whole gfx community are working on, Im proud to say Im a Xboxmb Member and its worth it, Its worth diamond.
Im a very fun interactive guy if you get to know me I like making new friends so far the friends that have guided my path way was 8bit, Fosters, Cheaters, Dan, And I think they All deserve Staff some of them are already staff but most importantly their my friends nothing will change that not if they get promoted or demoted promoted would be best for them it would make me happy since they all helped me at one time.
I like to help people and give out good information instead of trolling on threads for no reasons I know tis the internet but it doesn’t mean we have to be *****es about it. My Favorite part of this community is its players Not its mod tools, Devs, Mods their all just ranks it means nothing if there are no players to fill these spots, There are people that derive this potation more than I do, Like fosters and 8bit, 8bit has been a great player to this community he should be a founder if you asked me that’s his goal and I hope he gets it because he EARNED it.
Most players just apply, And get corrupted with power No offence, No one on xboxmb will but I seen other people has been like they , they apply because they want to be staff but the real questions to ask your self is what are you going to do with it. Personally I don’t care if I’m elected staff or not. Because as long as im a xbox mb member ill stay as one and nothing will change that fact. Xbox mb is a great community I want to help it by hosting giveaways, Events, and gfx battles SOTWS and much much more like I said I’m filled with ideas.
I always thought once I joined a community it would be great, but I have experienced that feeling since I joined xboxmb, the players are amazing the mods are great but most of all the community is the best part. It has a GREAT staff they know what their doing unlike game tuts they just throw **** together and see what happens like a bunch of idiots and immature children.
