Do you have any experience as a moderator of a significant community? If yes elaborate what it was and how you did.
I have been a moderator on two sites, they weren't very significant but I feel as though I am a very mature member and know the rules and what to do in all types of different situations.

Why did you join XboxMB?
I joined XboxMB because I was ready for a step up in modding. This site gave me better modding knowledge than what I could have ever achieved through any other forum, and when I joined I instantly fell in love with the site and was active ever since. I have also used Horizon for quite a while and even used Cod Tool.

What kind of knowledge do you have in relation to the Xbox 360?
I've owned the Xbox 360 and the regular Xbox since they came out, I have flashed my first ever console but sadly it got banned, and I also taught my 9 year old little brother how to take apart and repair Xbox 360's by means of the X-Clamp Fix.

Do you use Horizon? Are you knowledgeable or familiar with the program?
Yes, I have used horizon since the USB was first compatible with an Xbox 360, I know the program like I know the back of my hand, and it is a very reliable program and in my opinion I think it is "The Modio Killer"

Why should you be chosen to be a part of the XboxMB Team?
I believe I should be added to the team because when I see a topic that has flame/spam/been answered, I report it to a moderator (mostly Dan) and the thread is closed to prevent spam, I also love helping members with any problems they ever undergo even if I do not get anything in return but a thank you. I am also an intelligent individual with my priorities straight. I am so dedicated to this site, I am on the site for most of the day which might be a bad thing, but I am doing what I love to do and thats be on this site and post. I would never grow lazy with the job, I would be abide by all the rules and respect those around me. I want the chance to become part of the staff team more than anything else in gaming relations. I am not one to troll or ever say anything that can hurt a member's feelings, I love this site, I'm on it way too much but the site is just so astounding that I can't leave without talking to friends or posting. I have dreamed of getting staff since day one and I am determined to get staff someday and I will not be one to disappoint. I hope that you consider letting me join the wonderful team.

What attributes would you bring to the team? How do you stand out?
I could help eliminate spam to the best of my abilities, I could try to help the team with any problems that they face. I stand out because I am an individual. I am not like the average member, I am very funny, but yet can be very serious and strict when I need to be, and since the beginning I have been a very compassionate member. I also love to be nice, kindness makes the world go round and without it the world would have been nuked 10 times over. I would be on for a huge portion of the day and do the best I possibly could to compensate for being so lucky to get this type of position.

Essay: "How The Modding Community Has Changed Over The Past Years"

The modding community really opened up when I saw the original Halo being modded for the Xbox. It fascinated me how people had this type of knowledge with such devices so I began to do research. My research grew, and grew, and by the time that I was ready to start getting into hardcore modding, I heard about Horizon and Modio. I first tried Modio off of a YouTube video on how to mod your Gamertag. I hated Modio, it was too complicated and just wasn't very reliable and then I heard about Horizon.

I was looking very hard to find a reliable modding program to mod my avatar and Horizon seemed the best. I downloaded it and ran it and within 5 short minutes my avatar was modded just the way I wanted it to be, it worked flawlessly. So began the start of a great beginning for me in modding. I quickly modded my gamerscore soon after the modding of my avatar and I was yet again, astounded by the results. Tragically Microsoft banned my account Rjdj789 for Modding, I was given a 48 hour ban to an instant permanent ban. Devastated as I was I quickly started modding again and then I heard of something that I thought didn't exist, a JTAG.


As I attempted to turn a friend's Pre-NXE Xbox 360 into a JTAG and it ended up an epic fail of no hope, I did not stop there, and luckily my friend had two Xbox's. After that epic fail I decided to try to turn my cousin's into a JTAG, and by some means of success it actually worked according to plan and so began a better relationship between my cousin and I. The modding community greatly impressed me with these "JTAGS" as I enjoyed and respected all of those who have spent years creating these modding programs such as XeX and Freeboot, and all of the fun Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 10th prestige lobbies, sadly they came to an end.


Microsoft banned KV's which are basically an Xbox 360's unique IP Address which lets them connect to online, if your Xbox was banned you could just add a new KV to the banned console and it was unbanned, and that fascinated me. Modding has evolved again since then with GPD mods that were meant for everybody. These were very fun while they lasted, as they gave the average people who were not able to get hold of a JTAG to mod their rank on a specific Call of Duty game. Sadly these were easy to detect by Treyarch and many players received a permanent ban. GPD's were given a second chance by those who were smart enough to get pass Treyarch's "all knowing eye" but again Treyarch stopped modding, but only temporarily. What lies in the future of modding depends on the dedication of those who have a hobby in it, and also in the knowledge of the beholder, the future of modding has much awaiting us, the Kinect was hacked to play Super Mario Bros. and a First Person Shooter. The modding community will continue to grow, and it will never cease.
