Thanks: 361 | | | Should I Upgrade My PC?
I can play just about every game on max settings no lag about 80 FPS.
If you think I should upgrade, tell me what part, and also give me a suggestion please,
Thanks.

Thanks: 2,652 | | | Re: Should I Upgrade My PC? Looks pretty good now, just keep it until something breaks.
If anything breaks, then replace the part(s) or get a whole new computer.

Thanks: 873 | | | Re: Should I Upgrade My PC? I doubt you can play EVERY game on max settings with 80fps i mean my computer might struggle with that and i have this:
But i would save up for a new graphics card, maybe some more RAM and then eventually a new processor but my main target if i was you would to upgrade that graphics card.

I can play most games. Haha. BF3 for example, I haven't tried on this PC yet, but I know I can run it on max settings. With probably 50 FPS, lol.

Upgrade the gpu and ram if you're happy with your cpu and mobo but if not just replace the whole unit you'll waste money and end up changing it all anyways,

This is a GTX 570 on high:
Your graphics card is so so much lesser than mine. You would be lucky to get maybe 30 fps.

Now, can we stop talking about BF3?
Thank you.

Thanks: 844 | | | Re: Should I Upgrade My PC? If you're comfortable with the way your system performs, there's really not much of a point in upgrading, although I really doubt you get 50 FPS on BF3 maxed out with those specs (core 2 duo, really?). I'll take your word for it though.
The bad part is, it's really hard to upgrade just one part. Unless you have a big power supply with a lot of unused wattage, you're most likely going to have to upgrade your PSU if you do a major upgrade (IE a major gfx card upgrade)
But I guess if you have a lot of extra money to throw around, I'd start with upgrading your cpu, then your graphics card, then your ram. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
