First of all the you are required to have:
Google Chrome or Firebug

First off what you want to do is go to your Elite clans page, and click manage clan.

Once you are there you want to right click on the lock ...and click "Inspect Element"

Once your in "Inspect Element" You want to replace "Disable" to "enable"

Once you have made the change it should be unlocked !!

Now switch to emblem and your done

I don't think it does, I always put the Marine camouflage on my guns then I prestiged and i went to do it again and it didn't work.
