Yup it works in system link.
But the download i provided in the description of the video doesn't include promod, chrome and rapid fire.
It has super jump, modded team names and icons, modded nuke timer, nuke in cp and more.

Doesn't matter what your ISP's ping is, because that's to your ISP host. Herp derp.
So your ping would differ when connecting to him. I play with people in my same town and I don't have less than 30MS ping when I play with them.

Ping - How long it takes for a packet of data to go from you, to the host, and back in milliseconds.
