Go get an AEG with a long barrel, such as a M16.
Go look around whats in your area, a simple google search should be good.
Snipers typically don't get much kills only because with an AEG, you can upgrade them and get them to out preform a sniper.
AEG= Automatic Electric Gun

I don't know of any sites in the UK though.

Well if you can get the specs that can help a lot, and then a budget for how much you can spend on upgrades.

Just saying ,3 or i5 isn't very descriptive because both exist on each socket, so if you could get exact specs with speccy or something I can definitely help you out.

Well it's not going to have an i5 then, if you can figure out the specs of it I can help you figure out what to upgrade.

But what CPU is gonna go with the motherboard. That's the deal breaker for deciding what motherboard to buy (you have to get the right socket).
