Yea, never banned with mine, and I'm happy. Thing is, my Elite crapped out on me, so I got a 4gb slim with a 1175 drive, so I'm waiting and going to have to buy the CR3 Pro and CR3-DGX to pull off the special files to put on my xk3y...

Only because there is no reported bans actually caused by them. Also now since you have to spend well over $100 just to flash slims it isn't worth it.
