Hey. I like your offline editor and Horizon but I have a problem with it. It wont let me mod my offline game stats so if you could let me know how to fix it. Thanks.

I agree with what you said and don't worry, I didn't take it the wrong way or anything.
There'sa lot of tools that people use(but we don't, like the Bionic Commando, ect) that actually don't work no more. It was a quick editor they made, and then the game makers patch the game and Horizon doesn't update it because there's no use in doing so when no one notices it, including the devs. They're not gonna check the mod tools every month or couple weeks, it's too time consuming - So we rely on users using and finding out. Unfortunately, the mod tools that people use are the newer ones usually.

TBH I try to ignore him now. I know he uses x360.
just disassemble his tool, it has both x360 and package IO -.- X360 has its own IO.
