We don't use the *Item controls. i.e. TextBoxItem, LabelItem, etc. We use the actual controls TextBoxX, LabelX. They just sit on top of the ribbon bar with an invisible sizer to extend it. You can also use the control ContainerItem

It is needed for Horizon v3, and it eliminates nearly every compatibility issue we've been having.
