Fractal Design Arc Mini - Beautiful, silent, amazing little case with great cooling, features, and cable management
WD1001FALS - Great 1TB HDD, get two if you want
6870 - Great card, which is fully supported by kexts for a Hackintosh build
OCZ 600w - Great modular power supply, plenty of power
2x G.Skill 8GB - Good RAM with a lifetime warranty and will work nicely for 16GB total
GIGABYTE GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3 - Nice MicroATX case that is supported for MAC OS X
2600k - Great CPU for the build
OCZ Vertex 3 120GB - Great SSD, you'd need quite a nice RAID card to have those two SSD'd you'd have earlier. Don't worry this will perform amazing.
Sony 24x DVD Player - Nice DVD player that will work nicely with the build
