Just because it can't run games 1080p Ultra, doesn't mean it can't run it at 1080p High or Medium.

1080p High and Medium will look better than something like 720p Ultra.

Well then just play them on high settings instead of ultra. Why would you ever lower the resolution if you can just play it at lower specs.

Not at 1080p or higher. Neither will dual 6770's. Plus crossfire 6770's will suffer greatly due to micro stuttering pretty much cancelling out any gains they may make.

But at that point I'd suggest just buying a single card like the GTX 560 Ti.
