Indeed I'll be purchasing both eventually. I enjoyed my time on the Xbox 360 coming from the PlayStation 2 but I miss those exclusives PlayStation has.

Forza looked like such a beautiful game in the teaser. Did you know a few other exclusives may have been secretly teased too?



I need to pay for driving lessons, a car and my education which all come first over a hobby, so I want to make the correct decision initially.

The PS4's GPU was confirmed and Wired got close up with the X1's motherboard and I'm pretty sure it confirmed the leaked specs in that PDF document a long time ago.

PS4 could theoretically be more powerful (video game wise) than my high end gaming PC due to the 8GB of GDDR5! RAM.

I'll most likely get first whichever has the best and most exclusives then continue playing cross-platform games on my PC and then eventually get the other.

Yes it's hilarious. Before next-gen was revealed, everybody jumped on the circle jerk of the Xbox 360 although not technically having more power, it had more usable power due to the limitations of the PlayStation 3's RAM and gloated about that on social media.

But when the tables turned and clearly towards the PlayStation 4 demolishing the Xbox One in next-gen power, they jumped onto another circle jerk like mentioning the PlayStation 3's pretty crappy Operating System when they haven't even tried the PlayStation 4's.

And as you said, they seem to forget the whole reason for next-gen is power. If more power isn't needed, we wouldn't have a freaking next-gen.

All my friends are aimlessly fanboying towards the Xbox One and written off the PlayStation 4 before they've even found out more about either console. As it stands, I'm currently getting the PlayStation 4 but it'll be E3 when I actually decide.
