Seeing a movie

I'm not even sure what "infections" are on WaW... all I want to do really is skip rounds, god mode, GIVE people prestiges, instead of giving me prestiges, ect.

What USB save is good for 10th lobbies, infections,ect on World at War? I've been using some, using Paulpkyou's right now, and it's either really slow or almost nothing works. I have no DLC, and it seems his **** only works on Der Riese according to comments... Are 10th lobbies even possible, and if so what save and how?

Guess I should note I don't want 10th, but to give 10th and infections to people.

I really have no idea what games I would make plugins for. I might do some Halo 4 stuff, but I really have no idea.
