I don't believe Sony ever made motherboard, cpu,gpu, nor blu-ray disc drive changes throughout the year.. So yea, it's a no brainer why the console is slow a **** compared to an Xbox slim that has brand new disc drives, motherboard, etc.

At this rate, I'll be purchasing both but still debating on which console I'll be buying the games on. I want exclusives. Forza 5 is enough of a reason to purchase the Xbox One for me at this point in time. PS4? Make Final Fantasy an exclusive, up it, and create an actual good MMO on the PS4 and you could have people purchasing it for that reason.

I'm really not too sure which has more power, as they never talked about which GPU or what it is inside of the two consoles(I think?), but pretty sure the processor alone was better on the PS4. Enough to notice? Maybe not. It all comes down to game developers and how much they want to push the limits of the consoles.

As for ****ty OS on the PS3... yes. What they don't realize is the Ps3 was sold at a huge discounted price, compared to Blu-Ray players at the time. Who wants to buy a Bluray player , when the Ps3 was mildly cheaper and had the same functions, and allowed you to game!

I like how people say "It isn't all about power", yet they're making new consoles to keep up with old tech that the other consoles couldn't handle, therefore they need more power because us, the users, need more power. But hey, it's not all about power. It's about when I can watch my TV show, specially if I can watch sports and play my sport game at the same time.

I'm looking forward to hearing more about the Xbox One, but right now there's so many people boycotting it. Only one I know who's sticking to it 110% is LessThan3, but then again he tries to do opposite of everyone else.

I don't believe it to be "inferior" both consoles will be good in their own respect.

My personal preference is over Xbox, I have a tie with Xbox. I have been with it for over 8 years of my life so yeah.
