Well it would be nice to use Horizon but every time I try to open the installer I downloaded from Cnet(the download link from this site) I get this error,

Description: The application was unable to load a required virtual machine component. Please contact the publisher of this application for more information anyone have a clue on how to fix this? or should I just send Xenomega a pm?
My pc is a dell inspiron 1501 with a amd sempron 3600+, 2000 Mhz, single core processer running windows vista home premium x86 version 6.0.6002 service pack 2 build 6002 if that helps at all, any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
