Look at the XboxMB logo, see "home" under it? Right under that is the UserCP. Go to that and on the left hand side it will say "Edit Profile Picture"

Do as I stated as above to run horizon as an administrator and be sure your not signed into your profile on your Xbox when trying to move it from there to your flash drive.

The your going to want to go to your hard drive on your Xbox and locate your midnight club LA or dungeon defenders gamesave and move it onto your flash drive.

Then put your flash drive back in...
