Yeah, except you do a few things that I don't like. For example, any non-zero value evaluates to true in C/C++, and the opposite is true for false. You also for some reason Your loop can be rewritten...

Also you don't have to keep using "this" keyword to access class members and methods.

You can just do:
position = 0;
ReadBytes();
etc ...

However you might get confused which variables are...

in BaseIO you allow people to just call the constructor BaseIO(); meaning that Endian equals to null.Maybe set a default. And you have a function called SetEndian. Use that in the constructors...

they're both do the same thing. and RGH just has a boot time unlike the jtag, but is for newer consoles meaning less fail rate, plus i think there are some apps that work only for RGH and not jtags...

This thread is pointless until the console is out. Of course a "jtag hack" isn't gonna work. They've learnt from their mistakes and that won't happen again. Things will be much trickier than ever...
