Try to disable your anti virus if you have one, especially Avast. The Web scanners stop access to XboxMB servers when Horizon starts up.

Make sure you sign out your profile, turn off your Xbox, mod the profile and reconnect it, then start the Xbox up. For Halo 4, it seems to have problems with syncing profiles after they are modded,...

Portraits, I think that's what you are missing.

Where are the costumes you are referring to located from the Main Menu in the game (not Archives)?

No, we do not offer that since the STFS isn't set up to validate all hash blocks, only ones being read, which Horizon will let you know about if found invalid.

I wouldn't trust the old tools like the Xbox 360 hash calculator or lefluffie over Horizon as we are confident that we have one of the most updated and proper STFS classes.
